A "Hispanic" can be 100% pure European, 100% pure Native American, 100% black, or any mix of the above. And all will be eligible for Affirmative Action, where the child of a wealthy family (of the right ethnicity) is deemed more deserving of scholarships and hiring preference than the child of an Appalachian coal miner.
