That looks so interesting. How would someone coordinate something like that? Just a normal travel agency?

I was promenading around the promenade deck when I saw some people playing hockey.

So I ran back to my cabin and got my hockey stick.

Well, there was this loud-mouthed enforcer thug and she gives me a cheap shot.

So I put her up against the wall and give her a couple of shoulder shots just to let her know that she wasn’t messing with some figure skater.

Do you know they have this game that uses pucks called shuffleboard?

I didn’t.

I blame it on my public school education.

Anyways, they toss me in the cruise ship brig for unnecessary roughness or some other baloney penalty.

I’m in the penalty box with this old drunk magician who was part of the ship’s entertainment. There isn’t much entertainment from the odor of an old wino.

He would reach into the front of his pants and say,

“Wanna see me pull a rabbit out of my pants?”

Well, they have those vacuum toilets on cruise ships, and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get that turd of a magician to go down the toilet.

So they let him out of the brig.

Now, it’s just me in the brig with some big sailor standing watch over me.

So I starts singing I’m Popeye The Sailor Man.

The brig must have been due a cleaning cause that Sailor came in and mopped up the floor with me.

The Captain put me on bread and water.

I do have to admit it was bottled water and several delicious breads.

They decide to put me off at some island filled with cannibals. I think they called it Japan.

They march me across the deck and who is standing there gloating but that old lady thug from the hockey game.

She says something dirty to me so I give her a taste of the old hockey stick as I go by. Knocked her dentures into the hot tub. Scared several children.

So Captain Ahab or whatever his Norwegian name is has Popeye The Sailor throw me overboard.

No life preserver or nothing. Just “ploop”, into the waves like an old boot or something.

Good thing that Russian submarine picked me up.

The large family who was removed from the ship and responsible for starting and continuing the brawling, attacking some passengers unprovoked are said to be Italian. See article and pictures here:

Oh, the article and pictures must be some MSM trick to divert us from the true color of the people in question.

If people here weren't as obsessed with race as our friendly neighborhood SJWs, this forum would be considerably improved.

Barkho, isn’t Italian, more like Albanian.

Internet search turns up Lebanese. Lots of Lebanese in Australia for some reason.

No matter how many sources I look for this story, I cannot find photos of anyone. Wonder why.

The buffet must have been featuring king crab legs.

I booked the cruise part of the trip directly through the Aranui 5 rep in Calif. They have a very good website with a brochure you can download. The rep I dealt with was very helpful, answered all my questions and it was very easy. I booked my own flight reservations and hotel accommodations in Papeete, Tahiti. It was no issue at all and we enjoyed Papeete. Some VERY good restaurants!!

Check out the comments forum online...lots of interesting comments from people who hated the trip, to people like my wife and I who loved every minute of the trip.

The shore excursions are very well organized, entertaining, and a lot of fun. The Marquesas are very remote, and the big cruise ships seldom stop here...which is a plus to me!! The largest village only has a population of 1500.

If you enjoy the large cruise ship experience with big entertainment, fancy restaurants with extensive menus, this is probably not a good fit.

We had a great time and would go again.

Do the prices go down a bit the closer you get to departure, or does it sell out pretty far in advance??

It seems that most Carnival patrons choose this line because the beer, wine and liquor flow like water and their main purpose for the cruise is to get and stay as drunk as possible. An illustrative anecdote: my in-laws wintered in Florida and would sometimes take cruises at the last minute since the lines offer deep discounts when the ship is not fully booked and you can get really good deals. So they got one of Carnival. A four nighter to the Bahamas out of Ft. Lauderdale. Shortly after they boarded, my father in law was talking to one of the crew about all the cases of Budweiser they were taking on. My father in law calculated that it amounted to several cases per passenger. A hour or two after the ship left port, several puking drunk rednecks attired in wife-beaters and covered with tats thought it would be cool to put some bottles of liquid dish washing detergent into the poll and the hot tubs. There were bubbles everywhere and the pool and hot tubs were closed for the entire cruise since it took that long to flush the detergent from all the lines and filters. We’ve never taken a Carnival cruise and never will.

The cruise is usually fully booked a year in advance...I doubt you can find a cabin for 2018. I tried a couple of years ago and was looking for a spot about 12-months in advance and was not successful.

I have not checked on availability this year, but my guess is that you would have to look for something in 2019.

The prices are based on what cabin you choose and I do not believe they offer any discounts. They seem to have a pretty full standby list for any cancellations.

Good luck!

There are lots of open cabins on cruises in 2018. Look at ‘Vacations to Go’ cruises....enter e mail address, for notices. There is list you can preview by dates, costs, and type of cabins....% savings is on side.
