the career bureaucrats, who are employed because of ties with the Democrat Party. Jobs in Federal and State agencies, are full of political hacks. The media is the same. Objectivity within these entities, sometimes does not exist. People who challenge this system, run the risk of being blackballed. They will reach their Peter Principal, at a low level job.
I think it is changeable.Just create new departments. Eliminate jobs of deep staters and offer the current employees who are obvious deep staters other jobs or retirement.
