Anyway, this guy recommended disbanding the FBI entirely and replacing it with an investigative arm of the US Marshall agency. Individual agents from FBI could apply for jobs with the new group.
Good idea, but there are some details to add.
1. Put the headquarters in someplace like Kansas City or Oklahoma, and not Washington DC.
2. Put a Lois Lerner type in charge of hiring former FBI into the new group. Make sure there is extreme vetting of any former FBI type who wants to work there.
3. Make this disbanding a role model for shut down of a government agency. When the agency you worked for has become so totally dysfunctional that it is shut down, your pension is converted to a defined-contribution, and is entirely funded by a bake sale at the next Democrat national convention, or by the Clinton Foundation.
I have thought for some time that many departments of govt. are so infested with deep staters that the only solution is to recreate department after department. Get rid of the old employees as best you can considering union regs and how hard it is to get rid of Civil service employees. The most practical solution is exactly what you said: recreating government! We have the right potus to do it.
