Saakashvili was a Sorosite. The current Kiev government was installed by Soros. So it looks like Soros wants to keep the Ukraine situation unstable for his greater ends.
Ukrainians want neither Soros nor Putin running the show.
You might be right, Saakashvili is definitely a Western puppet of some sort.
