McCabe is on leave until he turns 50 and can retire on March 18.

He gets his pension of 1.7 million dollars on that date…if he makes it.

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is racing the clock to retire with full benefits. 90 days to go?!!!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 23, 2017

I have followed DiGenova for weeks and was very surprised to hear him support Mueller.

Something about DiGenova’s statement was off, strange, I’m not sure he really supports him.

I definitely agree that he has more credibility than Cernovich.

-- I have followed DiGenova for weeks and was very surprised to hear him support Mueller. --

I've followed him from time to time over the course of probably a couple decades. He's slightly on the flamboyant side. To Get to the Truth, Senate Must Call Witnesses

DiGenova is a Washington insider, and who knows what sort of latent power Mueller has, etc. It also may be that DiGenova has bumped into Mueller in professional capacity, and found those interactions to be on the up and up. Assuming at least for the sake of argument that Mueller is a snake (I personally presume he is), it may be that DiGenova has never seen that side and has a mistaken impression, honestly held.

I also take the "Mueller is honest" claim from DiGenova as a throw away, meaning I don't take DiGenova's word for it and it doesn't matter wither way for purposes of what DiGenova is otherwise advancing.

One other thought. "Honest" doesn't necessarily mean "good judgment."

DiGenova's opinion of Mueller appears to be complex ...
"This is about appearances," Joseph diGenova tells Breitbart News. "For Mueller to hire all of these people who made so many contributions to Hillary Clinton was a decision of such arrogance and indifference to appearances. You just can't have the optics of that and not have your work questioned. And [Peter] Strzok has just brought it to the fore."

They only blew up because the media buried the evidence.

It just became a subject no one could touch without being tarred by the media.

Mueller straight up lied to get us into a war.

Anyone who trust Mueller needs to reflect on who the guy really is.

I read, as you encouraged, further into Cernovich’s twitter feed.

The FBI is rotten. It isn’t just those at the top who betrayed their trust . . . and Constitution.

All organizations take on the character of their leaders; it can be no other way.

The CEO and leader of the executive branch was Obama. All DOJ/FBI scandal traces back to him. Congress must do its duty like it has never done before.
