You know she already did the test and the results were not to her liking or the results would be headline in MSM.

If she runs for President they will fake results, just like O’bummer’s birth certificate.

... and fascinating PBS television program “Finding Your Roots."
Have to admit the show is just that, fascinating.

The left wingers insist that she is such a fabulous candidate that this little slip-up has absolutely no importance whatsoever. She also didn’t need to claim Indian ancestry because her intellect was so overpowering she would have gotten her appointment to Harvard anyway.

A test would not be conclusive. When you go back several generations, there are ancestors whom you have not inherited any DNA from. There are cases of people with securely documented genealogical descent from an American Indian tribe but it does not show up in their DNA test.

In Liz's case, she may have inherited DNA from the ancestor who helped the federal government in the deportation of the Cherokees.

Won’t be quite once and for all because not all ancestor DNA is visible in the test.

For just $69, U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren could settle the question of her ancestry once and for all.

"If you don't like the answer, don't ask the question." Of course if she takes the test and is proven a LIAR, FRAUD and CHEAT it increases her "street cred" with dems.

She is a fraud like all Democrats and undocumented Democrats in R jerseys.

We need new Senators.

The ones we have want to give the country to illegal aliens.

My wife has Native American ancestry to the same degree claimed by Warren. Family lore said a great grandmother was of Iroquois descent, but my wife’s sister decided to have one of those DNA tests which confirmed the Native American heritage. There only reason Warren won’t do the same DNA test is that it could reveal she is a liar.

All my life I thought I was Blackfoot, due to the fact my maternal grandfather was raised on the White Cloud reservation in Missouri.

My mother did the test. Not a drop of Indian blood. Turns out her dad wasn’t really her dad.

Unfortunately, I’m massively Irish with some Portuguese in there to confuse people.

Warren filled a vial with saliva for her DNA test.

The DNA company wrote back that it had been classified as toxic waste.

The DNA company asked her to submit another saliva sample without the bull$hit residue in it.

Even if she has indian blood, a DNA test may not show it.

An autosomal DNA test may not conclusively prove you are part Cherokee particularly if it is 4-5 generations back and a small amount or even a one-off in Warren’s case. It depends on what is passed down. Not everyone inherits the same DNA. That’s why brothers have certain differences. Cherokee ethnicity may show up or not.

I know that for a fact because I am quite certain I am 1/32 Cherokee yet my ancestry DNA test did not show any Indian ethnicity. The ethnicity mappings are just not accurate for one-offs.

The main reason for those tests is to match against distant cousins. Warren could find out if she maps to any cousins known to descend from the family in question.

So Autosomal DNA tests are great and useful but it is a bit more complicated than what the author is saying. But since Warren appears to be quite interested in her ancestry she should certainly take the test - not for the ethnicity report so much - but to identify her distant cousins.

I gotta take me one of them thar tests..

I am ‘cut’ and I am pretty sure I am not Jewish(oops), I do have high cheekbones(oops) but also have blown up sinuses.

But being C’d and having (in my eye <:) relatively small equipment I may be able to find my lineage.

Probably don’t really want to find out ‘someone’ had an affair with a pigmy OR is that still little people?

Hard to keep track of what is Kosher (oops) maybe if I go on a date and we Dutch (oops) Treat I can borrow the $69(oops) dollars.

She will not go for a DNA test because it will show the truth. That is why Obama spent over one million dollars in 2008 in Philadelphia in front of Judge R. Barclay Surrick to keep from having to show his birth certificate. Judge Surrick eventually used the excuse that the plaintiff did not have the right to sue under the Constitution. She will continue to take the same tact forever, and will continue to claim Indian heritage.
