not sure why Mueller would agree to it, assuming it works both ways.
If altering Flynn's 302 is not an isolated incidence and Mueller feels he better come completely clean with Judge Sullivan it might disclose a pattern of behavior in the FBI & DOJ that has been happening for some time, including when Mueller himself was in charge at the FBI.
