The sheriff is elected by the people. How does Debbie or Bloomberg “pull the plug?”

We have an elected, pro-2nd amendment, Constitutional sheriff in my county. I’d be interested in hearing how he can be “pulled by the plug.”

Please respond. I need a good laugh.
