The first one is that they knew Christopher Steele, the author of the infamous Russia-Trump dossier, was a foreign citizen.
According to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s press conference on the indictments, the Russians “used stolen or fictitious American identities, fraudulent bank accounts and false identification documents” to hide their activities.
The next potentially criminating thing is that the Clinton campaign “knew, and paid, Steele to influence an election.”

Jeff Sessions will indict the entire Trump family before he indicts Hillary.
With Indictments of Russians, the Groundwork Is in Place to Criminally Charge Hillary
I would not hold my breath, as this would be the day hell freezes over and pigs will fly.
Rush said today (I don't know exactly what/how) that the way or the charges Mueller made against the Russians were done in a way to assure that the same couldn't be done to Hillary. He said this was a deliberate move by Mueller.
Hillary Clinton is bulletproof, unfortunately.
To indict Hillary would mean that Obama's next. After all, he got on TV, said there wasn't a scintilla of evidence against Hillary in the email scandal, which told the FBI "don't you dare indict her!" and the rest as they say, is history.
Granted, Obama's not President anymore (Thank GOD!) however there are plenty of never-Trumpers and Obama lackeys/operatives infesting the FBI that any "indictment" of Hillary has an ice cube's chance in hell of actually materializing.

Let's see 33,000 emails destroyed, many classified and a number Above Top Secret and Special Access Programs. How many emails fit that criteria? If there are ten, that's thirty years. I would venture to guess it's a lot more than that.
Hillary and Obama eventually have to be charged or we are not a Nation of Laws as defined in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. We shall cease being a Constitutional Republic if they are not brought to justice.
