I have been a customer of FNO for over 40 years and I have asked them to explain their actions and how many of those who complained were actually customers. I await a response.

+1 - I don't think they'll get a second bite at that apple either. There are plenty of companies that would like the business, especially seeing how the economy is going and how fast money is moving these days.

Who will say, "oops" for them when the time comes?
