These people need to do jail time but they won't. You know why because probably better than most school districts do it.
I know. Our small County of 6800 people did it and got caught at it. Made a pact with CSO instead of hiring security guards and then started playing the game and got caught. It took the teachers to stand up and say something and the county folks to bring it to an end.
It appears that many liberal northeasterners have invaded Broward County.
That is a shame. We moved south from NJ, although not as far south as Florida, to escape dem oppression, and did NOT carry any left leaning feelings with us. We never had any liberal inclinations,...ever.

They want to confiscate our guns but they can’t protect our kids? Got it.
They’d be on stronger ground if they actually had done something. Their inaction and passing the buck is inexcusable.
We cannot put our safety and very life into than of politicized and incompetent cops - who stood by and did nothing as 17 kids were murdered in cold blood.
I don’t want to hear any more how guns are responsible when law enforcement officials failed to enforce the laws.
The brush is a bit broad on #3, there are a precious few who do speak out against the bad cops.

I think FBI Miami FO is hiding that they were indeed informed and they yielded to Broward policy of hiding juvenile (and other) crime. That is why FBI outside Miami or an IG/Internal Affairs can investigate. If it’s too conficted, other types of investigations can ensue from very high levels. SJW Dems & medial accomplices are going to have this backfire on them because everyone in the country wants to know what happened.
The whole Rat/MSM post shooting narrative is to take down the 2nd amendment. They have no interest in fixing the system or protecting the kids. Their hoped for result is more shootings and more publicity opportunities. Ultimately to get anything done to change the flawed system we will need that worthless putz Sessions to act. What an unbelievable state of affairs.

I noticed Trump even tweeted the other day wondering where Sessions was at? I can't understand this relationship between Trump and Sessions. Sessions has openly made excuses for FBI incompetence and likely criminal behavior. Unless Sleepy Jeff has some serious dirt on the Donald and has threatened to reveal if he is fired? The AG has given up his responsibilities as the highest officer in Justice but still lingers on.
You are right. I exaggerated. It is only 99 or so %. The 1% are in rural areas and even then, after they talk, they can’t get jobs anywhere else.

I’m not sure of that. Local agencies along with their citizens can figure this one out on their own. They probably already have, propelled by the fact that they absolutely can’t let this happen again down there.
The thousands of other local agencies will learn from the Broward experience.

The perfect progressive solution? “artificially lower arrest stats by NOT making arrests.”
Pressure came from “multiple sources:” reduce the “racist” disparity of serial black and Hispanic arrests and almost non-existent white and Asian student arrests.
Sure, 17 kids died.....but the most important thing is liberals still “feel good” about themselves.
We know what they really want is simply disarmament - a populace unable to effectively rise up against their ever more oppressive policies. As part of their cover story they claim that law enforcement can keep us safe, we don't need firearms to defend ourselves. You hear that all the time - you don't need a "high capacity" magazine, you don't need an AR-15, you don't need ...
Well, examples like this, and the shockingly bad crime statistics relative to places with the most restrictive "gun control" policies give lie to that line of BS. When it comes to protecting yourself, your loved ones, friends, and even just innocent people around you - the only person you can count on is yourself. Are you ready?
