Makes sense; the physical plant of embassy operations has been in Tel Aviv for decades.

The consulate will probably move to Tel Aviv. No, the Consulate serves the palestinians. Also Jews in Judea and Samaria. No was we could move our representation to the Palestinian Authority out of Jerusalem. Besides, I wouldn't send the Ambassador to Ramallah.
