I guess you don’t see how the First Amendment is being used to get us the government needed (i.e., Democrats in full control) - to take out the Second Amendment.

Think about it.

I am THROUGH defending the media at this point, given what we’re hearing about their coup complicity regarding Trump. The ‘protections’ they are getting against accountability (mainly lawsuit protections, but also criminal protections’) is why they are able to do this to the country.

Hell, I’m defending BOTH the First and Second, because the original post told of a plan to disable both.

The First was the first to go, and soon the same arguments would be used to take out the second.

I know that’s your intent, but the First Amendment is 90% gone for our side as it is anyway, with the silencing of the NRA only the latest example.

The First Amendment, like it or not, is now being used primarily as a tool to slander Trump, with the intent to remove him...and our side is HELPLESS to defend him, because they simply hide behind it.

If they were exposed to liability, as everyone else, there would be HELL TO PAY over the dossier, for example - and that kind of crap would quickly CEASE.
