Confusion? A long (20-minutes or more) delay on the cams?
This wasn't confusion, it was policy—Leftist policy to deliberately make it more difficult for police to fight crime—and a policy to which the police agreed beforehand.

Earlier in the video he mentions a drill which took place three weeks prior. If the drill had already taken place three weeks earlier, why would he expect blanks to be fired on this particular day? Maybe he thought it was a continuation of the previous drill.
Regardless, there was far too much confusion in play.

No. The sheriff is unlikely to release it, IMO. But the sheriff told the media that he saw it and confirmed the guy never went in, so he issued a request to fire him. The guy retired before that request was processed all the way.
Sheriff and his crew are sick liars. That whole area is sick.

They didn’t know it was on tape delay until that day?! Who the hell is responsible for putting it on tape delay!? Why the hell would they do that?! The Truth is probably worse than any conspiracy theory we can imagine.
There was no tape delay. The cameras are recorded. When the deputy asked the office staff to check the cameras, they rewound the tape a ways as they would have done if there’d been an incident like a fight that was already over. They then started playing the tape back. That’s the normal way those systems are used. What he wanted them to do was look at the real-time feed. Deputies seeing the video didn’t realize it was a tape playback.

These keystone cop’s where at the crime scene. With a shooter shooting, THEY WENT THERE IMMEDIATELY (3 to 5 MIN arrival). Went in to the school to get a 20 minute delayed video. Then watched the video, then they went in!! OK
Meanwhile, 3 Deputy sheriffs showed up outside of this school and hid, with the one that was posted there. Due to the gunfire sounds.... They where told?? Not to engage!!!
Am not nor have I ever questioned police recounts. Nothing here works!
