EXCELLENT observation Bryan24. They sure did slip on that admission, that President Obama was fully AWARE and seemingly DIRECTING illegal spying on Trump. At the very least, if he was aware, it was his responsibility to stop it.

The timing of Rice's email looks even more suspicious now. It implies they thought a last-minute “insurance policy” would prevent Trump from taking office.
