Baltimore schools are at the bottom of the nation’s performance ratings. Seems to be a common thread in demonrat areas.

The schools are quite frankly a disgrace. Have a family member who teaches and she has 16-and-17-year olds who cannot read or write but whom have simply been promoted along. They are a lost generation.

Secondly, per another extended family member who is a retired BPD officer, the police department has declined in number by about 50% over the last decade. They simply do not have the manpower to effectively police the city anymore. And who wants to join the police department when you have a mayor and states attorney actively working to undermine you and prosecute you?

I see no solutions to this death spiral.
