Didn’t Nigeria just go through this sort of mass kidnapping about three years ago? Still not enough trained/ armed militia to stop another incident? Makes me wonder if some officers or heads of state are complicit, and paid to look the other way.

Nigeria is fairly large, and its government and resources are small.

If the civilized world really cared about this, any Western military could utterly wipe out Boko Haram in a few weeks.

Lots of mohammadens in office in the north so it's likely.

Gun laws look like they don't allow law abiding citizens any means of protection.

Only police and military have firearms it seems...oh, and terrorists of course.
