It doesn’t look like that code applies.
Probably can’t prove she has any knowledge of any specific illegal.

I bet that if I warned a group of fugitives that the feds were coming, I’d be prosecuted.

If she knew, and she probably did, of any particular alien, then she violated the law: "knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law"

Nothing in the statute requires that she whisper in the alien's ear.
