Did anyone else notice this in the article? I would like proof that this guy was ever a Republican.

He was a Republican like Arlen Specter, Michael Bloomberg and Charlie Crist were Republicans.
And like how Mitch McConnell, Linda Graham and Paul Ryno are currently Republicans.
