Go back and read about the Sheriff. This is his own doing.

1. He made the rules and signed them personally with the county school board to not enforce discipline or arrest juveniles for their crimes.

2. His deputies screwed up dealing with Cruz and they are his responsibility.

3. His deputies failed to react to known lethal threats that were sent to BSO.

4. His SRD did not apprehend Cruz when he had the chance.

5. His SRD failed to engage Cruz and fire upon him once it began.

6. His three deputies arrived and idled outside, failing to engage the shooter or provide triage to lots of people who were dying.

7. He is not accepting responsibility and instead accepted congratulations knowing that his men had not impeded Cruz’s murdering rampage in any way.

What did the BSO do right in dealing with Nikolas Cruz? name one thing.

You’re missing my point.

In any other circumstance, there would be a media frenzy on the people on the front lines, regardless.

These people remain anonymous because to do otherwise would shed light on how dangerous it is to put certain people in these types of positions.

Or - they were ordered to stand down, and ‘they’ can’t take a chance on one of them telling the story.

Only be revealing who these people are and getting their story can I be shown to be wrong - regardless of the culpability of the Sheriff’s office.

It simply doesn’t pass the smell test.

.
They had no reason to fire on Cruz; he was not the killer, one of their own most likely did the “wetwork.”
