Well considering they are not armed, they will probably continue to wait on the police.
haven’t seen a SINGLE THING in the local Miami media about the LIBERAL OBAMA ADMINISTRATION INSPIRED PROMISE program.

I did a Google Search to find out just what the Obama Regime said about the Promise Program. Everything was Promise Zones and the The America’s College Promise program. There was no wording anywhere that said that school districts would have a blind eye to troublemakers. Lucky conservative media found the information. I could not.
Actually, I think it was admitted to by Scott Israel on the weekend interview with Jake Tapper.
A few years ago, multiple times, someone started a fire, waited for firefighters / EMS to arrive, and then opened fire on them as they were setting up to tackle the fire.
And, as CC said, Muslims in Iraq/Afghanistan have for years set up a bomb to hurt a bunch of folks, and a wider perimeter of bombs to set off and kill / maim first responders when they do arrive.
