I wondered if the Dems received a heads-up that this was what was coming. They haven’t seemed too worried about the DACAs, who would be/are a big voting bloc for them.
How can this be:
Obama creates this program by executive order. No laws were passed , he just did an executive order.
If DACA was created by executive order, why can’t it simply be overruled by another executive order? Legally speaking, how is it that the supreme Court let legal challenges stand, including the legal.injunction against ending DACA?
I don’t understand the legal reasoning or principles involved.
