Congress is NEVER EVER going to heal itself - the entire body is addicted to huge Government and more spending with the passage of every CR. When was the last time they performed their duty and passed 12 (or 13) appropriations bills?

Congress isn’t run by representatives, it’s run by the parties. You don’t even get nominated the vast majority of the time unless you have proven yourself a trustworthy subject to the party bosses. Be a good pawn and work your way up the system into the highest echelons of power, maybe.
That is why Trump is hated by everyone in DC and will be opposed by the the deepest of state power. He did the unthinkable. He walked in to politics and took the highest office as an outsider.
Congress can’t do anything real, because the parties own congress. ...and who runs the parties?
It won’t stop until Sessions is gone.

Sessions’ repeated reluctance and resistance to hold anyone accountable seemed, at first, to be due either to incompetence, ineptitude or him being compromised in some way.
But nobody could possibly be as passive and ineffective as he has been but for one reason: He has been a Deep State plant all along.
Trump needs to remove Sessions forthwith, without delay or further hesitation. Clean out the rot before it weakens the structure of your entire administration.
He has to fire Rosenweasel and Sessions. He will fire neither.
