Is “14 Fish” John talking about pool parties at the vineyard again? Or, if you look at that famous picture another way, it reads, "Fish for teens".

It's not 14 Fish.
If you visualize yourself in his place and then lower your hands and look at them, it reads left to right as FISH 14. Or possibly FISHING FOR TEENS.
One of the other restaurants that JAMES ALEFANTIS (#PIZZAGATE) owns is called BUCK'S FISHING AND CAMPING. Podesta was a frequent customer at Alefantis's businesses.
Hastert and Podesta were lifelong friends and as teenagers they were CAMP COUNSELORS to a children's camp on a Japanese Island.
Let all that soak in a while.
