The legal definition of a machinegun in use to this day was created by a duly-constituted legislative body, the Congress of the United States, in the 1934 National Firearms Act.

Neither Sessions nor The Donald is a member of any legislative body and neither has any legislative authority. Any changes either of them would make to the NFA will be unconstitutional.

If the Trumpster is looking to cause Republicans to take a shellacking in this November’s elections and in so doing be rendered a “lame duck” for the remainder of his one and only term in office, I’d say he’s on the right track.

So you’re saying only congress can violate the 2nd amendment?

Btw, the only people I know that use the word ‘trumpster’ in reference to Trump are neverTrumpers.

...and FYI, Trump’s fate and America’s fate are inextricably intertwined. There’s no after Trump. He either gets the job done(defeats the left) or America is done.
