I like the names they chose. Sound like soap opera characters.

“This begs the question of how many other government officials use fake names and whether those aliases are searched when agencies process Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.”

They all did.

“In the records provided to Judicial Watch, the DOJ explains it as necessary to “protect her security and privacy and enable her to conduct Department business efficiently via email.””

Despite it being illegal as hell. But I’m sure sleepy Sessions is going to set this right soon. It’s some kind of 3D chess thing....

I recall that Obama's fake email address was exposed. He'd been using it to keep watch on what was happening while retaining deniability and then the new administration figured out his fake email address and suddenly - Obama doesn't have deniability anymore.

All this lying and hiding is "normal" for them.

For those who follow Q Anon posts, Q asserts that Lorreta Lynch; HRC; James Comey, John Clapper, Chuck Shumer, Rod Rosenstein, Valerie Jarret, Susan Rice, Huma Abedin, John Biden, and Andrew McCabe had email addresses no one knew about.

I have no problem with officials using alias emails as long as when record searches are conducted they include all aliases.

It would be hard to manage a mailbox if you used your real name as a public official because I am sure everyone emails donaldtrump@whitehouse.gov and it really could keep important emails from being seen.

Like I said, all searches under FOIA should be required to use these emails as part of the search.

Richard Windsor was created to communicate and hide actions. Windsor was the first one to be uncovered. DemocRATS have used this method ever since. There are no rules and regulations for them. The end ALWAYS justifies the means. To their twisted way of thinking if the end result is what they desire, all actions involved in the effort are retroactively good, legal.

The EPA did it. Obama did it. Hillary did it.

All of it was an effort to subvert and ignore public records’ act and FOIA requests.

Folks make a big deal about the fact that Hillary's illegal email server violated the Espionage Act.

But you have to ask why. Why did she do it?

It was not to violate the Espionage Act. That was a simple matter of gross negligence, albeit felony serious.

It was not about needing to carry a second Blackberry.

It was to evade the Federal Records Act and the Freedom of Information Act.

Why would she want to do that?

Why, to hide her corrupt dealings re the Clinton Foundation and her husband's ill-gotten speaking fees! Think Uranium One! Millions of dollars' worth of Russian collusion flowing into Clinton coffers!

Didn’t Mueller just indict someone for “identity fraud” for using fake alias?
