A former member of Denver Mayor Michael Hancocks security detail claimed the Democratic politician sexually harassed her while she was on his team, according to a report.
Leslie Branch-Wise, a police detective in Colorados capital, told KMGH that the alleged comments and inappropriate text messages happened while she worked for him between 2011 and 2012.
In the texts, which she provided to the outlet, Hancock allegedly made comments on her physical appearance, once telling her, after spotting her on television at an NBA game, that she looked sexy.
The new liberal rule is that men are no longer allowed to notice women.
A local radio host dialed a number found on a prostitution notebook found in a bust years ago in Denver. The mayor’s voice (voice msg) replied. Afterwards, the records mysteriously disappeared.
The man is your typical quota democrate corrupt POS. Denver, under his and Gov Hickenlooper is actively competing with San Fran to become our latest sh*thole. (Literally, because one can not take a bodacious Obama in the streets of that city.)
As per usual, when progressives invest, shit happens.
Another Democrat accused of sexual impropriety.
Wow... Denver, no less!
Would you want your boss texting you to let you know he thinks you’re sexy? Would your husband want your boss to text you about his lust for you?
He may have been hitting on here but the content of those texts are not close to being harassment?
"Can't find the records" and "I don't recall" are the two bits of advice Rat lawyers give to their Rat clients before testifying.
No I wouldnt. Perhaps the word sexy should be banned. Im tired of hearing that word to describe everything from cars, shoes, shampoo & on & on. That & the word basically.
We have a court system and police. If this was a crime she should have gone to the police at the time.
It’s called ‘due process’ and even sleazy Democrats have the right to expect it in a free society.
“Sexy” .oh, the humanity! Send him to the gallows straight away!
Men, do not speak to women on the job except in strictly business terms. Anything you say can and will be used against you.
Inappropriate, yes, but meeting any legal definition of harassment? Not sure. There was never any threat of retribution if she complained or didnt go along.
Ive just laughed things like that off-turn it into a joke back at them. Alternatively, I pretended I didnt hear or acted confused. Befuddled innocence is a gigantic deterrent. Thats what worked for me in my younger years.
Now during the rare times I feel someone might be heading in that direction, I talk often about my numerous children and be sure to share tidbits about my incredibly strong, fit husband. It helps to be married to a former All-American heavyweight wrestler, lol. Ive seen guys do a double take when they first see him!
Very sloppy personal security, like he didn't care who knew.
Get-out-of-jail-free insurance, if she ever got pinched just call this number? Stupid and dangerous...
The headline, “sex scandal”, seems to be a bit exaggerated, if he simply told her, SIX or SEVEN years ago, that she looked “sexy”. GEEEZ What a POS she must be, to try to turn this into a victimhood situation for herself!
Denver died when KIMN signed off the air...
Denver Sugar & Denver Players. Peter Boyles still has all his notes from this old story....and he’s having a field day today.
Hancock is as dirty as they come. It’s what you get when the dems control a city.
I don't know how you conduct yourself in the workplace but I want my boss to notice my job performance, not my body.
If she kept the texts and they are bad, he’s probably done in this climate.
If you are a politician or a boss, texting is not your friend...
He’s safe. He’s got protective pigment........................
