The Department of Justice is looking into whether Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf obstructed justice by warning Northern California residents of an impending raid by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The agency’s acting director, Thomas Homan, told “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning that the DOJ is “reviewing” whether Schaaf broke any laws by telling her constituents ICE would be raiding the area in order to arrest people violating federal immigration laws.

This will have to involve Sleepy Sessions, before anything meaningful is resolved. ICE is a federal force, not the National Guard, who are strictly subjugated to their state governor.
Federal military forces can not impose themselves on the states in some military fashion, or action.
It will be interesting to follow this case and to presume the outcome will be reliant on the judge who hears it. In California, would it be a certainty that ICE could win it?

Is there any doubt Mayor Libby Schaaf obstructed justice? Question is, how does our Justice Department go about “reviewing” that law when it is a foreign “state” - “Country” who Schaaf is citizen of.....California has left the United States.....we have no jurisdiction there...or so it seems.

Jeff Recusie Sessions has better. He has Rosenstein. The guy can sweep under the carpet any criminal case involving a democrat faster than you can say “sweep”.
