Tomaeh is pretty good, though Arab sources can always be shaky. Not sure if he still writes for the Jerusalem Post, he does write for Gatestone Institute which is credible. This article appears in neither.

It doesn’t have much of a chance. Given the fact that Abbas is refusing any contact other than financial aid, I don’t see what we’re doing. This sounds a lot like the Saudi plan, which the Euros loved. An internationalized Jerusalem is a non starter. I don’t even know what it means. Israel controls all the borders, but not their acknowledged capital? Makes moving the Embassy a pretty stupid move.
