I’m not a lawyer or anything but I’m pretty sure aiding and abetting criminals is a crime. It shouldn’t take DOJ that long to look it up. I know they have lots of books but somebody should have bookmarked “aiding and abetting” at one time or another.
I am not one either, but I don’t think anyone needs to be a lawyer. Common sense says it is a crime.
