Legal question.

If this is true that an outside entity like the NAACP crafted this policy, can they be held liable for it in civil court?

IMO, even if they CRAFTED the policy (hell, typed up the ‘agreement’), they didn’t implement....GOVT, at all levels, did.

This was a perversion of law. NAACP doesn’t have, TG, that kind of power. The sheriff, the school board, the AG, the....THEY do.
