Session's has allowed the threat of criminal prosecutions and jail to hound this WH since the Inauguration...preventing the new Pres and his staff from performing their duties under normal circumstances.
When are they going to announce criminal charges?

I agree but all we hear is Nunez saying how bad this all was...no action is taken. Very sick of it all.
They need to understand Andrew McCarthy’s critically important point about “vicarious credibility” — that is, that what matters isn’t the (supposed) credibility of Steele but the credibility of Steele’s sources. Steele’s sources (bunch of Russians passing along hearsay) were not credible and certainly were not verified by the FBI.
If they don’t take that critical extra step beyond Steele to his sources, then the argument falters and the Rats skate.

I don’t really understand why Devin merely sniffs around the concept of the dossier being illegal, and highly illegal at that. If I swore to a lie before a judge I would go to prison pronto.
If the dossier is not outrageously illegal, then we are all living under Stalinist Russian protocols.
And if it is not outrageously illegal, then why is the FBI doing a fan dance trying to hide it. Otherwise, the FBI would have shoved it under the nose of Congress from day one.
Actually, I meant to say the dossier is illegal and it make the FISA warrant outrageously illegal.
