I have seen several people ask this question and I think I may know the answer. Granted, GHWB is old and sick, and his younger brother passed away a few days ago. GWB may be by his father’s side for that reason. Carter is frail but still travels. I’m not sure what his schedule is. Bill Clinton has no excuses at all I bet. Anyway, my point is that I think that the two or three who could have come didn’t do so because they knew Trump was coming. I think they despise him so much that they can’t even come to the funeral of a friend because Trump was there too. I honestly believe that.
