Yeah, I agree with you. Golubski???? Odd name to say the least. That’s like gulumski, a polish dish of stuffed cabbage! I don’t know what is fake or real anymore regarding the news.
The only other witness against him was a woman in the neighborhood, a relative of the victims, who later recanted her testimony and said that she lied in identifying McIntyre because she was coerced by the then lead detective in the case

Rosie is Lamonte's mother and testified that she was coerced by Det. Golubski into providing sexual favors until she moved and changed her phone number.
BINGO
“We don’t care, in fact we can’t. We’re psychopaths. The government has many lucrative jobs tailor-made for us. Sucks to be you!”
Incredible...
That is not at all what I am saying....
What I am saying is that we are not being told the whole truth.
I am immediately suspicious when they whole story isn't being told. As I said, this cop and Lamonte had a history. What is it? I think that is reasonable to ask.
What was the trajectory or this guys life at 17? That too is a fair question.
The whole truth about everybody involved is needed.
Where are all the do-gooder civil rights attorneys who should be lining up to sue the state and whatever individuals were responsible for the miscarriage of justice?
I guess the big story is that folks in the legal system lied and hid info instead of following the rules that are in place to protect us....our system is based on the precept that it is better to allow many guilty folks go free than to punish one innocent person - whether there is more info about the guy or not, what they did was to corrupt the system we have to live under.
This cop has some explaining to do. IMHO.
He needs to credibly explain WHY Lamonte McIntyre ended up on his radar. What was his previous contact with him. Why would the previous contact indicate that a young Lamonte would be a willing triggerman in what appears to be a drug related killing?
I’m not ready to indict the cop just yet, but he clearly needs to explain his actions as do a whole host of others involved in this case.
I’m still interested in the trajectory of young Lamonte’s life at the time, and would Lamonte have ended up with a similar fate before reaching 25
