You know, I’ve heard a lot of stuff about his origins but it still appears to be shrouded in mystery. I suspected that he was a Russian fetal alcohol syndrome baby but I haven’t seen proof. It’s like the Las Vegas murderer - we still know very little about him or his associates.

He is certainly Caucasian, though.
