IOW the huge majority of murders occur within a three mile radius of the “central” Post Office of the nation's 20 largest cities.

I worked for years in the ER of a big city hospital.During that same period I had a friend who worked in the ER of one of the largest hospitals in the suburbs of that city.

We'd average three or four murders a month...and several other nearby hospitals averaged at least as many. But my fiend told me that it was unusual for their ER to get one murder a year.

Why is the Post office a nexus?

Welfare checks?

Either way, it is a fascinating observation, so thanks.
