I doubt there will be a civil war over the issue. California for instance has been defacto removing guns from the playing field for sometime, NY longer. Gun owners are a docile law abiding group distinct from the left who only know vile ways to move the issues.
Laws get passed, registration is mandated and of course then comes the outright confiscation. No one is going to show up at your door to take you firearm, they will just wait till one gets “discovered” in your presence and just like with the perjury set ups being orchestrated now by the special counsel, one by one everyone over time will be under the yoke. Only way to make sure it does not happen is to ensure that when you pull the lever, ensure the person is not a lib or RINO. There is another way, but that is not going to happen and I will leave what that is to interpretation.
Civil war will start when they start this confiscation nonsense. I feel this is inevitable if we are to save our nation from these Godless ,Homo ,Muslim loving ,worthless pos. God help us .

Exactly when? When they suddenly demand everyone to turn in their weapons within 24 hours or gun-sniffing dogs show up at our door?
Or maybe when they implement the 50% ammunition tax, or when they expand the 50% tax to guns, or when they require registration of guns, or when they charge $200 per year to keep guns registered, or when owners have to be licensed, or when they charge owners $200 per year to stay licensed, or when they limited the number of guns per owner to 20 guns, or 10 guns, or 5 guns, or 2 guns, or when semi-automatic handguns are outlawed (only revolvers), or when the boxcars show up to take owners to ‘camps’.
Exactly WHEN do we all rise up and start CW2? There are millions of gun owners, all ready to storm DC and every police station - do we wait for your order? If not, who will send the secret message to storm the gates and what will determine when that message is sent?
My point is that there will not be a CW2. The ranks of gun owners will simply shrink and shrink, until very few are left to ‘resist’ and those people will be dealt with in a matter of hours.
I don’t know how this will be taken, but here goes nothing.

Number two, if there is a civil war, how will it be coordinated in fifty states?
Number three, if you think there is going to be a civil war, then what makes you think so when there are so many people who won’t commit themselves to even go vote, much less to spill blood?
