USSC might rule after the fact. That won’t stop NY and CA from starting.

Starting? They're already well into it. You cannot buy a semi-auto rifle in New York or California if it has a pistol grip and a detachable magazine. You cannot buy a semi-auto pistol in California if it isn't on their ever-shrinking "approved" list. You can't buy magazines that hold over 10 rounds, and you can't load more than 7 rounds in your New York magazine.

People on our side of the gun issue don’t realize that two of the LARGEST STATES in the country have now neutralized gun owners. That’s nearly 20% of the country’s population that is now represented by people no better than in the UK, and the Second Amendment isn’t doing jack for them. That’s not winning.
