I know the media is making a big deal of voter turnout in Texas as some kind of blue wave, but I looked at both ballots this morning, and I gotta say...

Most of the important Republican-held offices (in my district, at least) are either running unopposed or the incumbent is a shoo-in (for the primary), and the party propositions are all written in a way that nobody in their right minds would vote NO (from a partisan perspective).

To me, the turnout wars are only going to matter in November, but the MSM needs the talking-point now.

Am I wrong about this?
