This is disgusting.

Her going back on her non-disclosure agreement or the thought that Trump might have been involved with her?

Given Trump’s history of horndoggery, it wouldn’t surprise me if it were true. My worry has always been how social conservatives would react to scandalous revelations during the general election in 2016. Most seem to brush these allegations off as lies.

What if they are revealed to be very likely true? My hope is that they’ll hold their noses and vote GOP anyway. Too many GOP pols are faithful husbands who reserve their betrayals for their voters.

Bill Clinton was asked questions about workplace sexual relations in a case dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.

What is her lawsuit alleging? Rape? Workplace affair? That she says they had sex (for pay?) and he denies it?

What is the crime he’s accused of?

This is just a gimmick to promote sales or download dollars for films probably have resided in obscurity for several years now. It’s a business plan.

Given Trump’s adversion towards subjecting himself to biohazards and what’s termed as a germophobia, it becomes doubtful that he would have taken steps to engage in sexual conduct with a pornographic actress who has had multiple partners. And those couplings have had multiple partners... Ad infinitum Ad nauseam...

Better put some ice on it.

Everybody lies about sex.

She needs to post her Taxes for the year that she ‘allegedly’ received money from the lawyer. I don’t care until that’s revealed. If he Cheated on his wife BEFORE the Election, then thats water under the bridge. I don’t believe he did either.

She should be suing her Plastic Surgeon and her personal trainer and dietician.

If she didn’t think the agreement was legal, she never should have signed it to begin with, or taken the money.

There’s one major difference. Trump was not in office at the time of this situation and the courts have generally ruled that anything a president does before election is not going to be adjudicated while he’s president. The Paula Jones case was spurred by Clinton’s denials of past affairs which led to Monica Lewinski which happened while he was in office.

Trump’s issue is entirely as a private citizen. She can have her day in court but not until *after* he leaves office.

Why are the Democrats concerned about this? During the Clinton White House intern days didn’t they keep saying telling us that ‘it’s just sex’?

My high school business law tells me there was an offer (the written agreement), an acceptance (her signature), and consideration (the check) changed hands.

Sounds like a binding contract to me. Does this dummy think Trump signs every check?

The agreement is in writing. Trump’s lawyer signs, but “DD” is never identified in the original document nor does he sign. So it seems that Stormy owes Trump’s attorney $130K since she signed a document with him that she wouldn’t disclose her affair with DD and now is breaking that agreement. Her agreement was with Mr. Cohen. Trump never signed an agreement. So truly, what can she sue him for?

Except the agreement was with Cohen. Trump doesn’t have a signature on that document. Truly can claim plausible deniability. If Cohen was his “fixer”, he might have a stipend to take care of distractions regardless if they are true or not.

If Donald Trump’s signature is not on the agreemment, there’s no cause for action.

He is not even a signatory to the agreement. Daniels can sue the attorney but she wouldn’t attract media attention.

After all, its easier suing a celebrity and nothing unusual here: they’re lawsuit magnets.

Comes with being rich and famous.

Is she related to “Jack Daniels”? I ask because she sounds a little drunk, and greedy, and skanky (oh maybe one of Elliot Spitzer’s dates, eh?)

This crap is never going to stop and I could link it back to having Fredo instead of Sonny as attorney general. There's no fear of any backlash from any of this garbage so why not keep slinging it, whether fact or fiction?

It would be quite different if the headlines right now were about pending indictments for treason involving the Clinton's, Obama’s, and anyone connected with these wretched, anti American monsters.

And, since they have her signature and testimony that nothing happened before this, she has no case. She’s just doing what she does. Prostituting herself for media attention.

Unless there’s a video tape or video camera recording of the alleged affair, its just a porn star’s word against the word of the POTUS.

Yawn.

IF true, it happened 12 years ago. Way before he was in office, unlike BJ who did it on the taxpayer's dime and in We the People's house. Whatever happened before last year is between him and his wife. It's none of my concern, nor should it be anyone else's.

Re “So cough up the money you took beyotch”. That could be the legal key that keeps her mouth shut if she freely took the money.

Don’t know how California state law is written on this issue but the signed letter looks like a valid legal agreement to me.

HOWEVER, is she were to prevail, it could open up the whole Pandora’s Box of Bill Clinton’s accusers, some of whom were reportedly paid for their silence. That would invalidate any silence on their part.

Ms. Stormy Daniels may be the person who finally destroys the legend and legacy of President Bill Clinton and his cuckholded crook wife Hillary. Bye-Bye 2020!
