Sessions has to go to a California federal judge. No way he wins as all the federal judges in California are as wacky as Jerry Brown. So then the appeals start and this thing is in the federal courts until a democrat is in the White House and the whole thing gets dropped. Better to just flood the state with federal immigration enforcement officers. Do high profile sweeps in every Latino congressional district and make sure everyone knows it is because Jerry Brown is an ass wipe. Raids at Dem campaign rallies would also be a good idea. Bust some heads while you are at it.

Yes, that is what needs to be done, and more. But for some reason, lol, I can’t envision him doing any of it. Judge Jeanine would do it, and it would be a thing of beauty to watch.

After the state passed the law the feds threatening to send more officers so they could protect themselves without local back-up. Then they arrested a few hundred in the bay area and LA. So they made athwart and didn’t follow up.
