Massachusetts Newspaper To Warren: It's Time To Take That DNA Test, Pocahontas
Townhall.com ^ | 3/7/2018 | Matt Vespa

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has remained unscathed by her false claims to Native American heritage. That’s in part due to the fact that she’s from deep blue Massachusetts. She was able to dodge this accusation of false heritage to win a U.S. Senate seat. Yet, over time, local publications have been bringing pressure to Warren’s racial hoax. Guy wrote about the Boston Globe putting on their front page how this false claim to the Cherokee Nation made by Warren could have lasting political ramifications, though more centered on a possible 2020 run rather than her 2018 re-election.

Some members of the Cherokee Nation are rightfully upset over Warren’s claim that she’s Native American. In November of 2017, Rebecca Nagle, an actual Native American woman, ripped Warren, writing an essay in Think Progress saying:

"She was not a hero to me when she failed to foster a haven of support for Native students within Harvard University’s alienating Ivy League culture. She is not a hero for spending years awkwardly avoiding Native leaders. She is not a hero because, despite claiming to be the only Native woman in the U.S. Senate, she has done nothing to advance our rights. She is not from us. She does not represent us. She is not Cherokee.

The controversy over Warren’s identity stems from the 1990s, when Warren was a professor at Harvard Law School. The university promoted her and celebrated her as the first minority woman to receive tenure. When the Boston press dug up these reports during Warren’s campaign for Senate in 2012, she stated she didn’t know why Harvard had promoted her as Native American. It appears that Warren categorized herself as a minority when it served her career and later dropped the marker after gaining tenure."

Partly true. She didn't write the book "Pow Wow Chow" but contributed some recipes to it. Later, it was found out that the recipes were almost word-for-word replicas of French recipes found in another cookbook!

One of the recipes she submitted to Pow Wow Chow was called "Crab with Tomato Mayonnaise Dressing."

Yes, I can see how that was a very popular dish among the native American tribes. Probably paired it with a glass of fine Pouilly-Fumé.

Not necessarily. She could have passed the test, but wanted to hold back on it for dramatic effect. You know how short the attention span of Americans is, sooo I can see her passing the test with maybe 5% Indian blood, and then sitting back and letting the Republicans make fools out of themselves, and then WHAMMO! Right before the election she steals all their thunder.

There is NO WAY this millionaire has not already taken a DNA test. She could have had it anonymously submitted.

She knew that she didn't know, and it might hurt her career to check. So, she didn't check. She just kept lying.

How much did her fraud earn her? It had to be in the millions.

If I was rich, I would send 10 DNA test kits a day to Liz Warren’s office every day for a year, and make sure the MSM knew and couldn’t ignore it. Or send 10,000 of them all at once, stacked in boxes outside her office, with a picture on Facebook showing how her office door was blocked, again so the MSM couldn’t ignore it.

Let’s be clear here.......the Dems want to know because they believe that she may not win due to the controversy about her ‘possible’ Indian heritage. They want to know, before their Primary, so they can get someone else in, if she is a proven liar after all these years.

She is from Oklahoma, or at least attended high school in Oklahoma City.

I spent 18 years in Oklahoma and just about everyone there has some Indian blood, somewhere down the line...

Just sayin'....

She will not do it! If she does, the truth will come out and she will be done. You can blister her all you want and she will not do it. Obama spent 8 years as president in violation of the Constitution for not being native born and got away with it. It cost him dearly, but he spent the money and prospered. She will try something similar.

Yes, best be careful this could be a trap. Has she had the test yes no doubt but l would not be surprised if there is some trace Indian blood there and she waiting for the moment.

My two sets of grandparents, one set coming from Italy and the other from Sweden, came to the US 1912-1920. They were poor farmers and fishermen. I had my DNA tested and I have Native American, estimated to be from 7-9 generations ago. I’d really like to learn how that happened.

Absolutely. If she was 1/32 Indian, that would show up as about 3%. I am pretty sure I have at least that much in me from the Apaches, and probably the same amount of Black blood. One of my ancestors was a Creole woman, way back when, and God only knows what mix she was... black, Spanish, Apache slave, French, Choctaw, Caddo. . . who knows.

Sooo, people should be careful about jumping out there that she has no Indian blood. Because I assure you she has already had the DNA test.

What we should do, is change our tune to, “Release the DNA Test!”

By assuming that she has taken the test, which she has, that makes the thrust her “game-playing”, not the results of the test. Which test may prove her to be some small percent of Indian blood.

That way, either way we win. If she releases the test and she is part Indian, then we get that out in time to change the campaign against her, and allows us to claim that she has been playing games.

If, she is NOT part Indian, then that is even better.

But if things keep on the way they are, and she releases a test showing she is part Indian right before the election, then we are going to have on our faces.
