There may be an exception to the law for 18-20 years olds who are currently serving in the Armed Forces, active or reserve/national guard, to continue to be able to purchase rifles and some other exceptions.

It may have been put in the bill but NOT included in this story. The Florida Governor has said he would support that exception to any new law banning those under 21 from buying a rifle.

Sounds like there would be some 14th amendment problems with such a proposal.

How many more ‘carve-outs’ will be allowed before it’s back to ‘serfs’ vs ‘royalty’ (least the serfs had a smaller taxation problem).
