Sorry it took so long to get back to your post, your 3rd point...makes no sense at all, where does it say it implies anything ??? It states what it states.

It wouldn't 'say' it implies anything, but it does imply a meaning since they did not explain what 'well regulated' meant. Please define what 'well regulated' meant to the authors. Is it possible for violent and/or mentally dangerous people to be 'well regulated'? The correct interpretation of the amendment is what the authors meant by it, and from reading The 2nd Amendment Primer I think the founders meant responsible people.
