Kim Jong-un and Moon Jae-in will go to Disney together where they will be trap in It’s a Small World till Kim agrees to give up nukes. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!!
The Norks will pretend they’re negotiating in good faith with South Korea, so they have more time to build up they’re nuclear capabilities. They’ll also probably receive billions of dollars in economic aid. When they feel strong enough, they’ll tell us all to get pumped.
NK already has nuclear weapons. They won’t be giving them up. Thus they are engaging in delay tactics. Trump will claim he made some hugh and series deal but we should remain skeptical until inspectors with unlimited scope are allowed in NK ... and I would be surprised if that ever happened.
Having said all that — dialogue with NK is a major event and certainly helpful.

Kim just folded. The rest will be just details. We won. Well done POTUS!
Why is this different from previous talks? Kim is desperate to find a resolution now. You can hear his desperation if you know how to read the signals. The biggest evidence is Kim’s willingness to let the U.S. and South Korea continue with their plans for military exercises. Kim is beaten and likely scared for his life. Economic pressure and special ops were key.
For those who follow Qanon, it’s evident that Kim had a lot of outside help in developing his weapons program, and not just from China. Bad deep state actors and traitorous U.S. politicians played a role. Those bad actors have been neutralized over the last few months. One day, hopefully soon, we will learn some of the details Kim is now all alone without a sponsor. It’s either make a deal or be neutralized like all those around him have become. Kim finally understands there are no other choices for him.
Trump’s threats, over the past year, to use military force if a resolution wasn’t reached soon, was no bluff. It’s just that the force used was targeted, strategic, and hidden from the public.
