Yeah, but that doesn’t mean Kim Jong-Un will prove rational and ultimately cooperative. Much ultimately hinges upon him and NK. We can be hopeful now with POTUS Trump on the case, but there is much further to go before we can know whether NK will be put back in its Pandora’s box.
