Forgive me for assuming you were ignorant because of your comment. There is nothing wrong with not understanding Q’s posts, as long as one at least makes an attempt.
I’ve read every one of those posts on the LINK I provided to you, and I am not sure I understand most of them.
There is also a reference guide that RANSOMNOTE has provided here on FR that deciphers all the acronyms and special character meanings.
It did help me, but alas, I still know nothing more than anyone else.
Here is the Freeper thread on Q. I found it most helpful. Much of the gibberish, as you call it, is explained.
