IIRC, Fox said the same thing — that he stuck his head and maybe a foot into the room. I think this literally is true, because a photographer in the room took some video that was played (I think) on Laura’s show. Apparently the President NEVER goes into this room, so it was a first, and remarkable. At least that’s how I interpreted it.
