I strongly object to the manner in which this bill was conceived; i.e., based on emotion, not reason or facts, the use of 16 year olds as political pawns by the liberal media, blaming the NRA, a large conservative organization, instead of looking at system failures and addressing them, etc. Even worse, I am concerned that this was a test by liberals to see if a right and conservatism could be overcome by emotion, acting, media pressure and outside money which funded same. Sadly I fear both Governor Scott and the Florida legislature have failed. Does the fact that he intends to announce his decision after meeting with Parkland victims give any doubt as to which way he will decide?

I tried to pry any info our of the gov office regarding the cause side of the Parkland murders. I asked if the gov has researched that the good students are exposed to the criminal juvenile element and that it came from Obama 3 years ago. I wanted to know what the gov is doing about that — silence.
Told her Scott lost our votes if he signs the current bill.
